Openings and construction
In-N-Out is open. The restaurant at 7900 Great Park Blvd. became Canopy's first operating business on September 4, 2026. The same day's tenant announcement also confirmed La Jolla Cosmetic, McConnell's Fine Ice Creams, Palmetto Superfoods, Brooks Running, and Baba's Hot Chicken.
Opening dates vary by business. Shootz is expected in late 2026 or early 2027. T&T Supermarket's official listing still says coming soon, with no exact opening date confirmed.
Phase 2 and Hangar 10: The city's September 2026 construction report (PDF) now tracks these as two projects. Hangar 10 construction starts in December, with completion expected by summer 2027. The rest of Phase 2, including four retail buildings, parking, and road connections, is expected by winter 2027/28. These are construction estimates; tenant opening dates remain unconfirmed.
